CREW: Joshua Herrod, Catriona Harris
REPORTER
/CAMERA OPERATOR: Joshua Herrod /

DURATION: 3-4 minutes

FORMAT: DV

AUDIENCE: General audience watching the news, any individuals interested in Gatwick airport, BAA Plc etc.

STORY OUTLINE: The story is about the proposed sale of Gatwick airport by BAA Plc which has been enforced by the competitions commission. The commission is responsible for making the markets fair and just to keep up competition and avoid monopolization in the business.

RESEARCH: I will need to research in depth details about the proposal, the companies and people involved as well. Sources are from the internet and personal feelings and experiences.

DETAILS OF PLANS/SCHEDULE: My schedule is a deadline by the first half term which is in four weeks. A loose schedule so far consists of research, permission slips and dates and times for interviews to be attained in the first to second week. In the second week I will conduct my interviews and vox pops and get most of my cutaway footage. In the third week I will review footage and make sure I have everything I need and start to edit and put together my news package I am confident I will complete my news package within my deadline.
